Frame of Mind has helped me tremendously with my mental health and my disabilities. They’ve provided me with the tools I need to live a healthier and more balanced life. This was my first time working with a psychiatrist, and they made the entire experience feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming from the start. I had my first visit with Jayson today and was completely blown away with him and the whole office. I was seeing a psychiatrist since December who would move or cancel appts without a call or advance notice and who I feel wouldn’t listen to me. Jayson was recommended by a good friend so I decided to give them a chance even though it was quite a drive. It was absolutely worth it. First initial reaction walking in I was emotional. A smile greats you at the door as well as calm dim lighting that makes you relaxed. Jarek greats you with drinks of all kinds and checks up on you before your session with your therapist starts. Jayson the NP was absolutely amazing, he let me cry and talk about everything and anything. Allowing me to express my feelings and emotions fully. Doesn’t interrupt you which is a plus when you’re in such a vulnerable mental state. Amazing first experience, excited to go back!
