Amazing people as well as super kind and helpful
I am disappointed by the level of care this office has provided. The mix ups and the back and forth between trying to get somewhere or pick up a prescription was difficult. I tried to follow up back with them, haven't heard a response and glad I haven’t. Clearly it wasn’t meant to be and a waste of time. At this point as they had basically no effect or positive impact to anything they claim to help with on their website and teachings. I can honestly say that Frame of Mind saved my life, in particular Jarek and Jayson. When I called for the first time, I was at my all-time worst, completely helpless and in hysterics. But what came next was something I could have never imaged happening especially from a medical office, I was received with complete empathy and kindness. Though it was after hours and a Saturday, Jarek took my call, set me up and then got me in for a zoom call with Jayson later that night.
