As part of a home remodel, we purchased a Samsung Frame TV to go over the fireplace and were underwhelmed by Samsung’s frames. I found Frame My TV online and ordered their frame. The frame is beautiful and takes 60 seconds to install. It really sets off the room. What a nightmareWhat a nightmare. Our stone fireplace is forward in the room, making the side view very visible. That was one of our main concerns. Kevin and Mykle both assured us, in different conversations, that the frame would go flush to the stone and would hide the side of the TV and mechanisms.THREE MAJOR things were wrong.1- The frame was the WRONG color.
