My glasses are being held hostage! This place is a scam. I dropped my glasses off and paid for them here at the end of October with plans to pick them up on the following Wednesday in November. When I arrived, there was a sign that says “no one will be here to service you until December 4!” a month later?! I arrived on the following Saturday, December 6, and there was a sign that said the store would not be open until the following week on December 10 or something. I mailed my glasses in for repair, and they did a great job! They're like new and can't even tell where they were fixed.
I broke my glasses at work and tried to Krazy Glue them back together. That did not last. I went to an eyeglass place to see if I could get new frames to put my glasses in- they didn't have any but they did refer me to The Frame Mender. They got most of the glue off AND mended my frames so that they were almost new! There is still a little glue on my lenses, but that is completely my fault. I absolutely recommend this place for every glasses wearing person!
