What a great experience! So many beautiful choices, just hard to pick. The owner is so nice to work with. I love how they framed my picture. It was the same day done, I guess because of the rain wasn't that busy. I absolutely recommend it.
I had 5 old certificates rematted and reframed after the glass had broken during a move. They took them and gave me a quote in about 2 days. I found a quote much lower and decided to go elsewhere. I went to pick them up, and they told me they would beat the other price. They did - significantly and estimated completion in about 2 weeks, but called me a week later to tell me they were ready. i’ve framed two pieces of art here and am so so happy with the outcome and the service was incredible. Kamron was so helpful and patient, i’ll be coming back again and again.
I left my poster with them on Friday, and they told me I’d be contacted on Monday. However, no one reached out, so I called them on Wednesday, only to find out that not only is it not ready, but they can't even locate my order. I understand these things happen, but you certainly don't want it happening to you.
Free mMasters are more than just framers. They are consultants and offer a white glove service. I had a large 6’ x 6‘ stretched canvas shipped to them from New York. They unpacked and handled it with great care. They made me feel comfortable when choosing the right frame. They are super patient, spending hours as we decided on the options. Couldn’t i’ve been happier.
