Becasue I’m retired and on Medicare my insurance requires that I use certain providers for my diabetes supplies. I have been waiting 6 weeks for this office to provide information to my supplier so that I can receive a glucose monitor. I’ve made multiple calls to the office and spoken to a number of staff with no results. They say Dr Fraley isn’t doesn’t own the practice any longer and they are run out of Denver but can’t tell me who I need to speak with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fraley's for fifteen plus years and have been extremely pleased with him as my doctor. No complaints with him! His staff is another matter entirely and is the reason I have decided to leave the practice. They are extremely rude, don't follow through with anything, and they do not tell Dr. Fraley the truth in regards to their lack of care for you!! This office is typically a waste of time and doesn't allow simple forms to be ordered without charging for a full doctor's visit. They will also charge you on their mistakes.
I’ve gone to Dr Fraley for 20 years.He is the best in competence, professionalism and congeniality. I have received wonderful care 100% of the time and recommend him without reservation.
PAs only work part time through the week, difficult to communicate with, medications refills are difficult and problematic.

Very poor communication. They told me the wrong time for my appointment, sent no reminder texts, made no confirmation calls, and aren't linked into any system with an app for appointment tracking or reminders. I showed up what I thought was 15 minutes early but ended up being 15 minutes late. Despite the waiting room being completely empty, they refused to see me and turned me away. Finding a different provider after my experience today. Do not recommend.
