Staff are absolute liars. When asked multiple times if my insurance was accepted, they responded with "Yes, of course!" never once mentioning that they were out-of-network. I was charged $355 more than I was quoted and ended up paying well over $700 for 3 fillings. Be very careful when dealing with this business because the staff will lead you to believe you are in network when in fact they're not within any insurance network. Total sham- Go to a real professional.

I have gone to Dr. Frazer for over 20 years and have always been very pleased with the professional service received and the pleasant staff.

I had a regular cleaning schedule and was shocked to learn i was possibly pre diabetic. I was given a video to watch and was advised to follow up with my primary dr. The doctor confirmed what I learned at the dentist! The entire staff was/is so helpful with all of my needs. Thank you so much!!!

I have been going to this office since I was a child and not once has it let me down. I just recently had my wisdom teeth removed, the procedure was quick and easy and was painless. I have to say this place has been treating me well for over 10 years now and hasn't let me down yet.

LIARS!!! Her billing person LIED about accepting my insurance. She told me that I needed additional pain medication that they HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. She said that I would have to pay for it up front and then I would be able to file it with my insurance and that I would be reimbursed. Keep in mind, I had already been in for a consultation and then my fiance and I both took 2 days off for the surgery. At 8am we arrived and she charged us the $600.
