Joann really listens to your needs and does the job perfectly. I got a Japanese straightening perm and love how it turned out. Definitely worth the money & time! (I also appreciated how she respects personal boundaries and refrains from asking personal questions, which a lot of hairdressers don’t do in Asian hair salons 😅)
Joann did so amazing! She did what I wanted and more! I have gotten Long Layers done along with Curtain bangs. She taught me how to curl/style my hair and gave me tips on what products to use. I will definitely be coming back here!
