Exercise has a multitude of positive effects on your body. As we grow older we tend to loose muscle tone and our strength weakens. I personally hope to live many more years and in an effort to do so I include exercise in my daily schedule. Challenges are an opportunity to keep ourselves on task. Perseverance is key! I love how active they are on social media! It keeps you energized and provides tips on how to stay healthy both physically and mentally! They had fun challenges for their 30 day challenge and were incredibly supportive!
I have been getting adjustments at Frain Family Chiropractic for a little over a year now and I can truly say that it has been life changing (a phrase that I don't think I've ever used before). I began going to Frain Family Chiropractic to alleviate back pain. Not only did getting adjusted help with this, but it also has positively impacted other areas of my life. I am so happy that I incorporated regular adjustments into my wellness regiment! Both Dr Patrick and Dr Susan provide the one on one care that can make a huge difference in everyones lives. Bottom line is that they are extremely knowledgable and truly care about their patients well being!
