I accompanied a family member here for routine business and the way the staff here spoke to her was disgusting. The front desk receptionist was nothing but snarky and rude on multiple occasions. Instead of correcting his employee the owner was also degrading and disrespectful. You would think the owner would have more respect for his long time customers, however that isn’t the case. I’ve also noticed that some of these reviews aren’t trustworthy as the workers have left reviews as well. Do not recommend at all!
I am very disappointed with this business. I went in with a family member to assist them with a new policy. They took my card information and billed my card. The purchase never took place but when I called to cancel they refused to refund my card. Instead they sent it to an auto payment account that went to the family member. I never agreed to that. I paid and I should get my money back. I feel totally scammed by this business. The price was to high as well. They keep shuffling their team members so you never deal with the s... read more
