1. Don’t turn up on time 2. Bring the wrong truck to what you ordered 3. Stand in the truck and you do most of the work 4. Half empty the truck and demand payment for 2 hours ( of which they worked 30mins max) or they will not finish emptying the truck. 5. The boss wouldn’t answer/ talk to us when we queried the driver. Moved from Sydney to Perth. We packed everything by ourselves except the big furnitures. The move was smooth (so we thought) everything is being wrapped and picked up on time. But during delivery, the boxes that I packed were all fine. BUT our fridge was damaged, our bed drawer was broken. The big furnitures they supposed to pack securely. Avoid using their services. I strongly recommend finding a different moving company. I hired them to move my house from Melbourne to Perth. Pete from Fragile called and promised to beat any price, quoting me $2,600. He also advised against using other movers, claiming they had poor reputations. However, when they arrived for pickup, they had limited space and later overcharged me, saying there was more volume than expected. They failed to deliver my belongings on the agreed timeline. We hired Fragile Removals for our move from Melbourne to Perth the team from both sides did a great job. They wrapped up everything well and made sure nothing was damaged. Delivered on time without any problems. Great communication, paperwork and team work both sides. We really appreciate the their work.
