I recommend without hesitation. They were on time, respectful, communicated fully, took great care when wrapping and moving our furniture, cannot pick fault in anything. It was a great service.

Horrible customer service. Watched the removalists drop and break items then claim they didn't. Reported damaged items to management on the day and they didn't do anything. Made a claim regarding broken/damaged items which was investigated by their team, says they spoke to the boys and said they didn't drop anything and left it at that. Very unprofessional management who are rude and argumentative. We’ve used fragile removalist for two interstate removals and two local removals in the past five years. In every instance they are professional, on time and The upmost care is taken when dealing with your possessions. They wrap all precious items in plastic or blankets or bubble wrap or any combination of the above. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering moving their home.
