Julia and I began our Myofascial journey together years ago. Julia is an experienced OTA and specialist in Myofascial Release. I cannot speak to the benefit of Myofascial Release as its own entity. But I can tell you that through Julia's competent hands relief from pain and an improved sense of well-being most certainly will come. Julia helped me understand and change some of the chronic pain I have experienced. I am better able to do the things I love, thanks to her. She also spent time educating me about how to gently treat myself at home in between sessions, which led to great results. The work she does and the perspective she offers are truly life changing!
Julia is great. As someone who would regularly get deep tissue massages, I decided to give myofascial release a try, in part because even the regular deep tissue massages didn't get me to where I thought I should be. While myofascial release is certainly a different experience from a traditional massage, I always felt relief often during or just after or in the days follow, it definitely works.
I really appreciated how Julia took her time with me to try and understand what I needed the most work on. After a year of numbness and tingling in my right hand/fingers After ONLY 1 session with Julia I can fully feel my hand again! Thank You!!
Julia is the best! I’m so sad I discovered her just right before relocating :( she is clearly devout to her craft & to helping people feel their best. She will be missed here in CLE!
