I would highly recommend seeing Julia at Fractal Bodyworks if you are experiencing any sort of chronic pain. I’ve struggled with lower back pain for over 6 years and after just a few sessions with Julia, I have seen a tremendous improvement. I’ve tried other therapies and nothing has come close to the relief I’ve felt with MFR. Julia takes the time to understand your pain and also gives you things to work on at home in between sessions.
