Reading all the reviews is leaving me slightly discouraged. I pray I will get the help I need. I see I am not the only complex going through similar issues of ignored work requests, being gas lit when addressing issues and basically being told our voice doesnt matter to the point of threats of eviction when you finally speak up. I truly hope my concerns will be heard this time. In my 13 years of residency I have never had to resort to contacting the managment company till now.
I am a resident of Bay Apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Horrible apartment complex with inattentive management/maintenance who are usually completely unresponsive! In our first weekend living here our power went out completely in the kitchen affecting all appliances and the fridge. We immediately put in a maintenance request, called, emailed, and physically went to the front desk and the issue did not get resolved for 3 DAYS!! Sick individuals. Would rather ignore us and post letters on our doors instead of just fixing the issue. The “manager” at our complex takes everything personal instead of acting like a manager. Disgusting humans. Here’s a few pics of our 3 time leak they just bandaid as cheap as possible.
