My husband and I live at Tides on 51st Ave in Phoenix Az. I would like to tell you what a wonderful out standing job our maintenance guy Rod is doing. He goes above and beyond his job of duty. He keeps the property clean, he makes everyone feel safe and secure, he checks on the old and disabled people like my husband and I. Everyone just ❤️loves Rod. I know we do. He deserves a big promotion and a big raise, he deserves it, so I would like to see Rod get it. You wouldn't find another guy like Rod, he is the BEST!!!!!!!!
I’ve been in my apartment 6 years and every since FPI took over it has been horrible these apartments are infested with roaches they lack of maintenance is horrible I emailed about the concern of my children well being considering my son is allergic to roaches it seem like she doesn’t care I’ve had roaches crawl on my bed my u it is completely clean I’ve had to throw away expensive furniture due to the roach infestation in this apartment complex
