My wife and I arrived at our OB/GYN appointment ten minutes early today, but the receptionist informed us that the practice could not see us due to their policy requiring arrival at least fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled time. (Obygn) So excited to go to my appointment today, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about Dr Battaglia. Unfortunately the front receptionist was unbelievably rude & now I have no desire to go back to this office. Also parking is gosh awful, be aware you’ll need 15 - 20 min just to find a parking spot
I became a patient of Dr.Slater about a year ago. There is no doubt in my mind he saved my life and has helped manage my illness. He listens to every question. Is never impatient or in a hurry. In addition his nurse Jody is angel in her profession. She has gone above and beyond many times for me.
TY to Dr Rosenwald / Dr Fechtner (ENT). I had been putting off seeing an ENT for a long time, but I’m glad I did. I did my audio test and exam and was taken care of quickly. I am now just waiting on the scheduler to get me on the books for my surgery. TY again ☺️
Great patient support at the cardiology department. The reception team was extremely helpful getting my primary care Doctor to send them my referral electronically and the care staff absolutely top notch. Parking wasn't perfect, but they do offer free valet for those needing to get close to the entrance.
