My wife called in to see if she could transfer over to this OBGYN. Waited 7 minutes on hold just for this receptionist to rudely cut her off and then proceeded to hang up the phone. Clearly from the reviews this isn't the first time she has been a …. Anyways very disappointed that this professional institution cares more about holding a job for someone like this rather than it caring for their customers.

I would just like to brag on Randy, he did my initial intake and was attentive and respectful. He also has some really good jokes! Really great service so far!
There was very limited parking available and I had to park and walk quite a far distance. In turn, this caused me to be late to my appointment. (14 mins to park and find office)
