My father's primary care doctor is with FP and they did a referral for him to see a pulmonologist with the same group on Monday. It's now Thursday and they have neither called back to make the appointment nor have they returned the calls I have made nor those the primary doctor's office made. This is ridiculous. Why have an integrated group of doctors if one will not respond to another doctor's internal referral. I cannot give this a zero star so 1 star will have to do. No place to park!!!!! Very difficult for those with medical issues, which is why they have appointments at a medical office building, to park and then have to walk in excruciatingly oppressive heat to finally get into the office. I told the patient I was with, that the reason the appointment was fantastic and went so smoothly with no long wait was because they have to try to make up for the inaccessibility with regards to parking.
Called to get an appointment for a kidney stone and was offered an date 12 days in the future. My oxy script runs out in two days so the FPG nurse told me to go to the emergency room to get more meds. CRAZY.
