MEMBERSHIP SHOULD BE SIGNED IN BLOOD – I got a membership w/Foxy's 1 1/2 years ago at the end of the year. I started off strong and stayed strong for the majority of my membership. My membership was suppose to expire in December but money was still coming out. When I called & questioned this, I was told when I signed my kids in for the summer program, my contract was renewed and would not expire until June of this year. quality – customer service not great, I rather stick with my hometown fitness center
Worst Customer SErvice – This is the worse gym to join town. There customer services left a lot to be desired. When you had an issue or a problem they gave you the run around. I relocated to another city and they would not let me cancel my service. They lady was very rude and had the worst attuitde. She needed to go back and relearn how to treat clients.
