"It started out well, but unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse. The technician doing my pedicure kept leaving to attend to other clients' nail services, causing me to wait repeatedly. Additionally, the towels provided were cold, and although they were replaced, the technician promptly went back to working on other nails. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
This past Sunday around 5pm, I needed to have an acrylic set taken off. I normally go to another nail shop, but I was on Zeirdt Road, and since it was so late in the evening, I stopped in Foxy Nails since I was on that side of town. I requested a full set removal and a manicure since I knew my nails would be weak once the acrylic was taken off. Application was okay but extremely messy and rushed. I left not only with acrylic all over my fingers but I was also cut by the nail file. My clear coat was rushed and has dust and brush strokes in it. Not to mention I came in with an EXACT inspo photo and then was basically pressured into not getting a design because it was already 7pm. And lastly I got this same exact pink acrylic full set done by a female nail tech for 80.00 dollars 3 weeks ago I was charged 95.00 by Jimmy this time bcz it was a “new” pink powder.
