I’ve been going to Foxy since 2019 and they always do such an amazing job! Vincent is so friendly and fun… Cathy does the BEST JOB, especially since I ask for “as short as possible” and she delivers every time. Yen is so sweet and does a wonderful job for my aunt. I will always recommend this place!!
Sorry to say I had quite an unpleasant experience. It was busy, the young man who did my nails rushed through it, and the translucent polish he put on was blotchy and uneven. I tried to tell him and he said thats just the way it looked. I came back and showed it to the manager, he fixed it but was not happy about it. Plus I was charged for having all my nails removed, he only did one. Will not go back there again! I went in for a full set and from the beginning the experience felt awkward—like the technician didn’t even want to do my nails. The acrylic application was extremely thick. I mentioned it, and he said he could file them down, but after about 30 minutes of filing they were still bulky. I was in the salon for nearly two hours, which is way longer than it should take for a basic full set. I asked for a coffin shape and was told it would be an extra $7, which I’ve never been charged for before unless nails are very long. Even a... read more
