RecommendedHad my oil changed at Foxy Lube today and the staff was very professional and friendly. They are following safe measures. I stayed in the car while they did the oil change and filter even paid while still in the car! Great service!
I needed an oil change and came here for the first time. This was my first older car I've ever owned, its a 2003 Eclipse. The staff saw that the car had been sitting a while and ended up doing a flush while doing the oil change because the tiny bit of oil in it was sludge. The technician showed me on the dip stick that it was chunky, and low. He also showed me my air filter as compared to a new one and asked if I wanted it replaced. So I have been going to foxy fast lube in willimantic for years now for oil changes. They are quick, clean, professional, and reliably priced. Well courtney went the other day by her self and the guy doing her oil change said she needed new brake pads. Now her car is 2 years old around 40k miles, no groves in her rotors no audible warning. the lady there has horrible people skills I pulled in and was gonna back into an emissions parking spot and she had me pull foward and walked away saying peope need to start pulling in correctly the signage there sucks i wont be back that's for sure
Fast and friendly service
My husband and I went for an oil change today. When we paid my husband ask what brand of oil filter was put in and the employee gave the name. When we got home my husband checked the filter and it was never changed. When he went back to complain the employees that changed the oil offered to fight him that they can handle the problem outside. Oh and no supervisor anywhere. Unprofessional!!!
