they were bad,,, it seems they didn't even check the truck out after they bought it at an auction,,the handle for the tail gate was broke and they didn't even know that,, the brake light on the cab wasn't working and so when I went to see why,, the bulb was missing from it,, so they didn't check that either,, the spare tire was also missing,,,,they promised me one but so far I never got one,,one of the ports that you plug your phone or other adapters isn't working either,, oh and the light doesn't turn on when you open the d... read more

What the customer fails to mention is we agreed to either fix those minor issues ($25 for a tailgate handle and $3.50 light bulb) or a give a $300 reduction in the price of the vehicle. They chose to take a reduction in price. Day after taking delivery of the vehicle, these crabby old people called about the spare tire. We agreed to buy them one. It was ordered. Which we are under no obligation to do. However, after this review they can get their own spare tire.
Easiest car buying experience ever. Worked with me on financing and rates to fit my needs. Perfect place to get a car! Would recommend 100%!
