Poor staffing Place is cheap sure. When something is broken they will fix it. However, good luck getting something looked into when they've messed up. Office Kady is rarely in during specified times. They've lost a money order I paid rent with, meaning the funds are gone. They've lost it and expect me to pay rent again. Highly organized people.
Worst Apartment ever. Management is terrible and Apartments are Disgusting. I Had numerous issues with my apartment including the a/c going out, leaks in my ceiling, electrical issues, doors not sealing shut, toilets stopped working and a terrible roach problem. Maintenance is the laziest i have seen. He never fixed the issues, just rigged or "masked" the problems. I ended up fixing things myself with my money. Was told we would have someone spray for bugs every month, never sprayed the whole lease term. I had to have Orkin ... read more
