UPDATE: It gets worse! I placed an online order for a pick up time. Order wasn't done on time. Was told that I can get a refund online. Walked through the app with the employee and there's no way to request a refund. Be careful when you place an order OLD REVIEW: The reviews are true! The staff needs serious revamping. They are all trained to not care about the customers. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes to get taken care of. And sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes to get your coffee. This place is in the Hospital cafeteria. You need to get a cafeteria tag from the security to go there. I got good service though. Foxtail coffee is worth the extra effort. ☕️😊
