I was in several weeks ago and all I wanted were two bagels no cream cheese. The employee rang up to bagels (charging me for cream cheese) then noted to make them without cream cheese charging me over $5 each. He said (I think his name was CJ) that he could not ring up two bagels without cream cheese. I have been to other Foxtails and I KNOW that they can sell plain bagels. I just ordered a a coffee and a banana nut cake and they gave me a pre-packed cake from super market. Well from Direct food. Honestly after spending $11 you will hope for at least a fresher cake, no asking to be bake on the spot, but this one looks from a vending machine Next time, get it at least from Publix
