I LOVE this coffee shop, especially when Sarah is working! It's refreshing to have a barista that not only cares about regular and new customers, but puts in so much effort to make the perfect espresso everytime. She is such a friendly face and wonderful asset to this coffee shop. I would recommend this coffee shop to everyone! My only negative is they often have only one barista on shift, which does slow down wait times, but the coffee is far better than big chain coffee shops, so that makes up for the wait.
I’m currently at Foxtail Coffee in Melbourne, and I had a wonderful experience. One of the staff members was a trainee until recently, and today she is working on her own for the first time. She is doing an excellent job and handled everything professionally and confidently. She prepared a delicious cappuccino for me, and I also ordered the lemon bread, which was great. So sad. My go to local spot because of the best baristas around. " Maple banana cold brew please". "What, you mean maple spice?" Ummm, no, it's right here on your seasonal menu. Oh, I've never made that (digging through notebook). Anyone notice what's missing with mine? "You want cream with that or something?" Serious, where's the cold foam!!!
