Same gripe as the Viera location. Only one barrista during weekday. She was very nice when she finally got to us, but she did ignore us until she was able to help us which was weird. Not even a “welcome in, I’ll be with as soon as I can”. We were the only ones there! She was working mobile orders I guess for about 10 min. This branch has a special place in my heart! The staff is always incredibly kind, and they hit the nail on the head with my order every single time. Plus, their matcha is literally the best I’ve ever had. If you haven't been here yet, you're definitely missing out!
