I usually order takeout since I live so close, but my car was blocked in by police for over an hour due to some commotion on my street, so I decided to go with delivery instead. When the driver arrived, there was an unfamiliar person on my porch asking questions about who lived in my house, and if I had seen their phone (??) which was a bit unsettling. The timing may have just been coincidental, but I was really grateful the delivery driver was there, it made me feel much safer in that moment. Thank you!
