Dr. Green was very friendly, helpful and caring during my initial visit today. She made many useful recommendations after a thorough exam. The staff were also helpful. I am glad to have found a new gynecology practice!
Edit: Really disappointing, all the doctors I would recommend are gone. It's concerning to see them lose so many talented physicians over the span of a couple months. They also no longer do obstetrics and since we're still trying to grow our family, it makes more sense to find a practice that that handles both OB and GYN. They are still slow/non-responsive to online requests and the call center team is still impressively bad and abrasive. I’ve had two amazing pregnancies and deliveries with Foxhall physicians. Dr. Green, Dr. Beckerman, and Dr. Lightfoote were all so wonderful to work with. I’m sad that they are no longer offering obstetrical care but the doctors were very helpful in recommending new practices for baby #3. I am very grateful to this office for making each experience as smooth as possible (despite a COVID era pregnancy and pre-eclampsia).
This practice is attempting to charge me $60 to have my own medical records sent electronically to my new OBGYN. Absolutely vile, happy to be leaving.
I was a patient of Dr. Lightfoot who was fantastic. My last visit (Aug. 2024) I saw Madeline McAuliffe. She was okay. I presented with abdominal pain that had been reoccurring for about 6 months. She ordered an ultrasound. I did not receive ANY prep instructions for the ultrasound and arrived for my appt during my menstrual cycle. The woman who was to perform the ultrasound had horrible bedside manner and treated me like a leper when I told her I was still on my cycle.
