I know how much a good radiologist can make a difference and so, based on google reviews, I called Progressive MRI to set up an appointment. I have a connective tissue disorder and many things have been going wrong with my body while I was living abroad, requiring 6 MRIs for my hands, knee, and hips. Unprofessional – Completely unprofessional!! 6pm on Friday and they call to let me know they have canceled my appointment for tomorrow morning. I asked why. I was told, "some people canceled tomorrow and our tech lives far away". Maybe I could reschedule for later next week? No, I do not think so. Now I will have to call the insurance company and miss work ect. ect... If nothing else, they could have called sooner. At 5:45pm did everyone cancel their appointments?? Good Internist... This group of doctors specialized in internal medicine. Also, if you are traveling for work or recreation, they are the perfect doctors to get your immunization shots up to date for overseas travel. The staff checks for the required immunizations needed for the country for are traveling to. They accept last minutes appointments, which comes in handy for those spur of the moments getaway.
