Absolutely the worst apartment complex ever. Rent is overpriced for what is available in the area. Property manager is always spreading rumors and talking trash about other residents. If you decide to move here I'd recommend not getting on the good or bad side of the property manager. I'd recommend keeping your interactions to simply turning in your rent and reporting any thing that needs repaired. General landscaping and upkeep is decent. Maintenance only does patch jobs.
