As a buyer my wife and I submitted a reasonable offer on Cherly Pecoraro's listing in April 2026. We were expecting sellers to come back with a counter the next day, almost immediately though we were met with a rejection. To this day I do not believe that offer ever was presented to the sellers. Save your time, money and peace of mind and go to a more reputable, professional and trustworthy realtor agency. I had a family member go through them and had an absolutely horrible experience. And I see by the reviews, she isn’t the only victim.

Not impressed with this company at all. We had a closing on a home here and felt it was a budget closing. It was explained this was common now to close at the Real Estate office. We were put in a room with the buyer and were subjected to her chattering while we were trying to read the documents and understand what we were reading. The closing agent was terrible, hard to understand and rushing to get to the next closing. Worst closing we have ever had in purchase and sale of a dozen properties.
