AVOID First off, I’d like to say that it didn’t start off to bad but after a couple weeks of living here, you’ll really learn how terrible it is. The place is “fixed” poorly. The wood floors aren’t sealed properly, cheap paint plastered over holes and imperfections from the last resident(s), thin walls where you can literally hear your neighbors conversations like they’re in the room with you, roaches, ants and a REALLY BAD mice problem. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The management here is the most greedy people you will ever deal with in your life. Entire apartment is new but falling apart. Everything is cheap cheap cheap. Will tow your car every chance they get.
Horrible Roaches, maintenance is short staffed, unable to escalate issues to management. We cannot wait to move.
Worst place to live. Do not care about the people that live there. This is a terrible place to live. The management does not care about the people that live there. The pool was closed almost the entire summer. We only were able to use it once. Once all summer. Then they messed with our parking situation. Not what is use to be We lived here from 2008-2012 and it was a great community! We've recently moved back and it's definitely not the same. The buildings are run down, old, staff does not get back to you promptly or at all, and the parking situation stinks!!!!
PROBABLY A SCAM !!! Worst Service Ever !!!! I was able to get in contact with the office for about a week. I spoke to the agents they gave me all the information I needed and I sent in my application. Now that I paid for my application on October 9th I haven’t been able to get in contact with the office ever since. I’ve been calling them none stop for two weeks no one answers. The only answer I get is from the main office who says they’ll take a message and get in contact with me (very rudely as well). How is this possible? ... read more
Old, plumbing, poor water pressure, vermon appearing in all apartments. Vermon starting to appear in all apartments. New management blows.

I loved it here!!! I lived in Hidden Forest for about 4 years and I loved it. Management was so nice, maintenance was prompt. I never had any issues. I had the nicest neighbors. I loved the set up in the apartment, so much closer space. I am so afraid of bugs, we sometimes got ants in the kitchen fall but that’s it! Whenever. I would see them, it would get taken care of quickly. I had a small dog and she loved it there too. Everyone was so animal friendly. So far so good Pleased with my apartment, it’s not updated but it works for me and the pricing is fair. Maintenance is quick to respond when needed and office people are always courteous and helpful. I’m really pleased with my home and I have good neighbors.
