Wow, it sounds like this place has gone downhill. My mother was the manager back in the 80s. She even lived there, it was very nice back then. I am sure the management of the property has changed since then. Such a shame, I liked the place and my Mom would not tolerate this at all.
I’m so pissed off right now. I woke up to my car gone and to find out it was because I did not have a decal in my car window. When I first moved here I received a Decal witch is still in my car window and never received a letter which I was told they put three notices on my door about a new decal. I walked around and nocked on several doors asking all my neighbors did they received any notice and they stated they did not receive a notice. They went to the rental office to sign whatever paperwork it was they said they put on ... read more
I have lived in these apartments going on three years and love the community. It is a very peaceful and quite place to live. My refrigerator happened to go out on me last month twice. I had to throw away food twice. I contacted the property manager. They replaced my refrigerator twice with two old ones from unoccupied units. I don't know how those people live but both times my refrigerator that was replace were very nasty. The first one had hair in it and had a bad smell to it. I cleaned it out and so did maintenance.
