Horrible! I ordered flowers via on-line and the order went to this place. They did not send what I ordered but rather the most hideous flowers I ever seen. I specifically asked that no substitutions be made and they substituted anyway. The flowers were half dead. I called trying to get a refund and the owner hung up on me. They don't speak English.
