SCAMMERS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I called to schedule an appointment for a recall on my car and the person on the phone said all recalls are free of charge. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership just to be told when i got there that it will be $1300. Recalls have always been free of charge at any dealership you go to regardless where you bought it from or if its under warranty or not. Took it to another Volkswagen dealership and they did for free.
My lady brought our family car in for a warranty covered repair. I admit that our car is older but nothing major was wrong when the car was dropped off. When my lady came to get the car she was told the car wasn’t safe to drive and certain work was recommended. They told her if she wanted the car back that she absolutely had to sign a release form acknowledging that the shop had no responsibility for what happened to the car.
