I had a great 3 1/2 years with Fox Valley Vet. They took really good care of Riley and helped with the most difficult decision I had to make. Through out the years I got to know them and can truly say without any hesitation that everyone that works there really cares and always going out of there way. I will be back once we get a new puppy. :-)
I love this office. Great staff, very caring. All my family takes their cats here. The vets and techs really care about animals. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Everyone at the clinic is always very pleasant and attentive. They are great with the animals, and the humans brought in by the animals!! I never go anywhere else for pet care
Dr. Brooks was faced with what he thought was a typical surgery but my ole pup was worse than expected, he and his team did a wonderful job and we will always be thankful for the wonderful care given to our Raina. Thank you to all the staff.
Humiliated me, different vets for my dog, no compassion towards my dog or my family. Was told they would call at noon for update on surgery; then I was to call at 4:30 pm to get a pickup time. It was as if they had no idea what was going on. I was then told surgery was more than expected. Call again at 4:30 pm and pick her up at 5:00 pm.Finally a vet called me, saying it's best she stays overnight because of additional anesthesia given. We have been bringing our dogs here since our very first dog. Everyone is so nice and compassionate. I couldn't imagine trusting our furry babies with anyone else. I just want to say thank you to everyone there.
Since moving here 3 months ago, I've brought both of my dogs in for routine check-ups and one for surgery last week. They are all quite professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their facility is spotless and very well maintained. Thanks for recommending them Dennis Shere (my next door neighbor). I couldn't be happier with their services. :-)
