Lousy company. Was recently driving on 41 in heavy traffic and this truck was throwing rock off the back since it is filled just over the top. He hit a bump and several rocks dropped without hitting ground and went directly to my windshield. Snapped a pic and called the co so they could fix this rather than continue to put others and their property in way of potential damage or worse. The team at Fox Valley Stone and Brick is wonderful. We just had some maintenance done to our gas fireplace. The technician was very informative and he did great work. Fox Valley Stone and Brick is the only place I'll call in the future.
We had your awesome company replace our wood burning fireplace with a gas insert and we are beyond happy! It is so quiet, heats up very quickly, and we love how it looks in our living room. Even though it took us almost 2 years to decide on what to do, they were always friendly and happy to show us options, without trying to upsell us. After comparing them to 3 other area fireplace installers, it was clear that they have their act together and do great work. I have no mess to clean up, and I didn't have to go get my own subcontractors. Highly recommend them!
We built a new condo and the fireplace has never worked since we moved in. They came out several times and it never worked after they left. They were here just before our one year warranty was up and they said they fixed it. So now with the cold weather here we turned it on and it still doesn't work. Now when we called, they tell us we have to pay to get a new part in because our warranty is up. They definitely do not stand behind their product. Would not recommend going with them
