If I could give a 0 star review for Dr. Dorough-Caelson I would. Where to start? She was consistently late by 15 minutes each session. She used the same basic technique of zones of regulation with my child for over 4 years with very little else. Flat facial expression. Let my sons father walk towards me in a posturing manner 2 inches from my face with no redirection. Impossible to make an appointment here. They have therapists listed on Psychology Today’s website, but none of the therapists are available for appointments. Very misleading and frustrating.
