I don’t recommend this provider and have had a very bad experience with their billing team. They do not discuss the pricing upfront, are opaque and then will send a bill that will shock the wits out of you. I was prescribed a custom orthotics for which they never discussed anything about pricing; for that matter behaved as if it will be covered by Insurance.
