I had shoulder pain for 3 years. I had visited Dr. Fox several times over the 3 years insisting that something was wrong with my shoulder. He would only provide me a cortisol shot for the pain. Finally, I demanded that Dr. Fox do an MRI. I told him that I knew that I had a torn rotator cuff and if I am not correctly diagnosed and continue to use my shoulder and the degradation of my shoulder continues to get worse, then he will be found liable. He asked me one question the entire visit, but interrupted when I tried to answer. He spoke to the woman hovering in the corner, but not really to me. He gave me a diagnosis and wanted to give me a steroid shot before he had even realized that there was imaging he had not reviewed. He said he didn't need them (that's the craziest thing to say to a patient who spent thousands on them). He wouldn't give me an alternative to his shot and walked out when I refused it.

Dr. Fox was rude and did not listen to me. I went in with shoulder pain, he did x rays only and prescribed a massage and dry needling since nothing was broken. I asked for an MRI which he said I did not need. I just received my second opinion and I have to have shoulder surgery. The second Dr did an MRI and found I had torn my rotator cuff. Do not waste your time with this Dr.
Completely dismissed me and just walked out like I was done. Rude rude rude Avoid, find a dr that cares
I would give him a 0 if it allowed. No bedside manner, rude and absolutely no help. Went in with shoulder and arm pain and he acted like I was an inconvenience to his “busy” day. Told me to do more stretches and it would be fine even though I’ve had this pain for over 2 years Seems like all they want is insurance money and that’s it! Avoid at all costs
