I took my car in 3 days earlier than scheduled by mistake. Rather than having me come back and get the car Fox Toyota ** Nick serviced the car a got the car back to me in time for the Memorial Holiday. I did not have to rent a car for Memorial Holiday Weekend.. Thanks!!!
It took them two hours to do a multi systems check and rotate my tires. I had grease on the inside of the driver door and My maintenance warning light was not turned off.
Our sales consultant,Joshua, was extremely easy to work with throughout the rather long process of getting our new RAV4. Kept us informed at all stages, and genuinely went out of his way to help and discuss alternatives, but at no time did he try to "lead" us to make choices. Thanks Josh!
