I'm giving 1 star because I can't put 0 stars. I went to buy a car 2 years ago and I gave a really good down payment and the sales man Jason Vela PROMISED ME when I when to signed the paperwork and received my car that he would get me the mats for my car because the dealership did not have them in that moment so he would order them and call me but he never did. I called, sent messages asking for the mats and every time he would say I will call you back in a few minutes and again never did, now he is ignoring my calls. I want... read more
Job for right. No pressure tactics. However, took two hours and 20 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

My service was quick and efficient. It only took them a little over an hour to do a oil change in the multi point inspection.
I was very pleased with the service and level of professionalism exhibited by Nicholas Gilbert. I was kept informed on the service progress and items needing replacement. I also want to note the level of expediency on delivery of the services rendered. I will utilize this dealership for future needs. Thank You very much.
