Excellent service, took care of my new truck issue right away
We have bought multiple vehicles from Fox. Steve the sales manager and Craig are great. They always treat us like family. The service department is great as well and takes care of us. Wouldn't even considering buying a vehicle from anywhere else.
Craig was my guy that helped us into our Camry. Got a great deal and he was very easy to work with.
Extremely rude condescending sales staff especially Craig. Can probably extrapolate this to the rest of their staff culture. Luckily many more dealerships in the area. Won't be getting any of my business in the future. Looks like reviews are pretty subpar from sales to service all around for this dealership. Dodged a bullet.
