Craig was very helpful in making our decision to purchase a new Mazda CX50 over a RAV4. Saved us thousands over buying a 4RUNNER.
Called to confirm a car was available, sales guys said it is. We drive in to take a look and they says it's sold. I ask why i was told differently. They said it was sold since i called. It was under 30 mins from phone call to me being there. Car was come and dealership empty.
This place is a joke. I tried to bring them a certified check for a new vehicle. They told me that because I'm from Indiana I had to finance through them. Okay, whatever. They are trying to get commission on the financing. I have a credit score of over 800 and they come back with 8% interest. Then the sleazy finance manager has the never to tell me I can't refinance for a minimum of 90 days to give time for the paperwork to go through!! What a dirtbag. I paid it off in less than a week. Buyer beware!!
