Unreliable, and outrageous pricing. They charged me $185 to incorrectly identify an issue. They told me I had a bad wheel bearing in my front right, and we're going to charge over $1100 to fix it. This was not only incorrect, since another mechanic was able to confirm the front right bearing is in good condition, but they MISSED BOTH rear bearings which both needed replaced. Awful service and they price gouge. $370 total to flush my fluids and lie to me about my bearing. Don't waste your money, go to a local shop.

Service is fine, but slow. I know if you’re looking for a fast oil change and rotation you’re better off going to a quick lube place, but I never make it out of here on a weekday morning in less than an hour and 15 min. Started going to the Toyota dealer in Troy and get out in like 40 min.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Fox Toyota and have dealt with Adam LuKasik both times. Adam is extremely caring and just a wonderful salesman to deal with. He is not pushy and sincerely cares about his job and your happiness. He will do whatever to make your purchase what you want it to be and find you the right vehicle. Fox Toyota parts department is a solid 10. I've called Andrew in the parts department and the man knows his stuff. It is so good to speak to a capable employee that goes above and beyond to get you what you are needing. This is my third order for parts from Fox. Definitely my go to now.

I requested a warranty repair for a squeaking window when I brought our Sienna in for an oil change. He said it would take an extra hour and a half to repair. I said okay and waited the full three hours for the repairs. I got a text that the vehicle was ready (no rep to the waiting room for the update) and picked it up.
