I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out.

I felt much better when I left! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.
