Worst customer service ever. Can't seem to figure out how to dial phones or read computer screens. Got the run around on my motorcycle for almost 3 weeks before I finally went and pulled it out of there shop. Or should I say out of there back lot where it sat because they hadn't touched it, except for when they rode it since it had more miles on it when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Only reason they are even getting one star is because that's the only way it will let me post this. Fn worthless......
Vehicle has been at Fox for over a month. Keep getting the run around they are waiting on parts. End up finding out our 2014 can am maverick was stolen from their dealership. Didn't get the call until 3 day later.... Fox offered to buy it back for half of what a new one would cost...... Worst dealership ever.
i just bought a 1100 sabre from fox and they were great all honest treated me with great respect also put a new battery and new back tire on it before i picked it up i will buy more through them also my sister was so pleased and jelous she went in and she road out that night with a new v star custom i can only applaud fox motor sports thank you FOX im having a blast. And i also bought 2 new helmets real nice respectful and helpful sales people no complaints here
Bought a motorcycle there last year, also purchased a wheel and tire service plan their finance guy told me thay would replace my tire if I got a nail in it. So I went to replace my tire today they would not do it. Dont buy anything from them they are very dishonest. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will never purchase anything there again and I will be putting the word out.
I wouldn't by water from this place if I was stranded in the dessert
Great shop great staff,they really do their best and go that extra mile to get you the bike you want.
