One of the worst customer services I have experienced. My AC was leaking water and had them come out to take a look at it. They had me pay $200 for the initial visit and said someone would be out the next day and that fee would be waived onced they fixed the AC unit. I have tried three numbers and an email and no one has made it out for three weeks. Terrible service

I'm writing this review to offer the company a couple of suggestions on how to turn an "OK" experience into an "exceptional" one.  One week ago my HVCA system stopped blowing air.  Having had what I felt to be a satisfactory experience in Fox Service in the distant past I called them again hoping for something similar. Alex and Angel just installed a new Lennox. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They definitely represented their business in a positive manner.
