I'm writing this review to offer the company a couple of suggestions on how to turn an "OK" experience into an "exceptional" one. One week ago my HVCA system stopped blowing air. Having had what I felt to be a satisfactory experience in Fox Service in the distant past I called them again hoping for something similar. Not surprisingly, due to the age of my system, I was told that a "possible" fix might not actually fix the problem, in which case I would be faced with having spent $500+ and still without service. I know there have been positive reviews for this company Patricks Heating and Air in Ocala Fl, but I had just the opposite, I paid a lot of money to have my home re-piped and they did not do a professional job and did not justify the amount I was charged in my opinion. They did not put insulation on my pipes the first time around and messed up my outside faucets. We’ve had a service maintenance inspection agreement with ME Flow for the past 2 years in our new home (for heating and cooling system)- and have been very happy with their services.
