This is by far the worst people to rent from! They over charge by $100 on there tiny 2 bedroom apartments. They have a seperate laundry room with one washer and dryer for 6 units and cost at least $5 to do one load! The owner Bob Estill is a jerk! He walked into apartments without giving notice. 7 am didn't matter or if your sleeping didn't matter either. He had even talked in to 2 tendents that were naked. And when I say he walks in.
