Horrible experience. Delivered to wrong address and flowers were brown and very sparce. Beware! Thanks to Teleflorist they refunded the cost. Hopefully Teleflorist will consider another local shop to work with.

my mom received her flowers this week for her birthday. This was first time using Fox Run Florist. We were using another service but they failed to deliver satisfaction. Mom said she was brought to tears as they were so beautiful. The lady that brought them was so nice and she felt comfortable with her placing them on the table as they were to heavy to carry. We will be calling fox run from now on for all mom's flowers and baskets. Thank you for not just delivering but having a few nice words goes a long way to an elder.
