The apartment was infested with roaches and not clean upon move in. Pest control was scheduled to come spray and when I asked them to spray the entire apartment due to the roach infestation. Pest control guy refused and said he was only spraying the kitchen and bathroom areas. He barely sprayed those areas even though I informed him of the roach issue. I could go on for days what I don’t recommend about these apartments ... outdated appliances , old carpeting, and the workout room is nothing more than a closet.
I tried to rent an apartment but no feed back can someone tell me how to reach their corporate office
RecommendedI have lived there and have a friend that lives there. The ladies in the office are really nice and helpful. I love flower gardening so they let me have a little flower garden by the patio. Apartment was renovated with new floor, light fixtures and countertops. The only thing I found wrong was not much closer space but I felt at home there.
I've leased the same apartment for last 4 years. Each year one thing after another has had to be repaired or replaced. For a complex that built and opened in 1978, the rent prices are way too high. The upgrades they have done the past couple years does not warrant a rent price increase. These upgrades has not improved my living at all at Fox Run.
Love it here very roomy and quiet,friendly nice pool
Since the new owner and Management has taken over there has been a tremendous make over. We have a dog park, a pavilion with 4 grill areas and picnic tables. The new manager has made great changes and Chris is the best maintenance Guy we have seen,if he can't fix it then it can't be fixed. A great place to live.
