Verified Renter The leasing office is always there for us. Constant grounds grooming and nice upgrades. Ample parking and the building and grounds are clean

Maintenance/ office issues The office does not answer the phone ever, have been calling daily for two months , when I showed up to office ( multiple times during office hours) no one is ever there have had a major leak in my room ruined carpet , very unprofessional they are fine with me paying rent but will not answer phone for any issue ect

RUN LIKE HELL!! Where shall I begin?? Carjackings, drug dealers, lazy, slow and unresponsive maintenance workers, aggressive geese, tenants speeding through the parking lots, cops are always there, water leaks continously from no maintenance repairs, car break ins, poor lighting....and the list goes on.
It’s average. Kind of confused why this place does not even have a website. When I moved in in early May 2019, they said they would have electronic payments for rent soon.... fast forward 8 months and they still don’t have it. The apartment does not come with a microwave. I have had my fair share of apartments and never had one not come with a microwave. The washer and the dryer are probably the smallest “full” sized washers I’ve ever seen. (Takes two loads to do my queen sized sheets. 1 for the sheet one for the fitted.) Th... read more
Fox Run Apartments My two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms is a great place. Unit has full size washer and dryer, central air. Complex is set in quiet area with duck pond and resident ducks.
