Based on many decades of apartment living, I’m of the opinion that it’s the staff that makes living in an apartment complex a good or bad experience. Based on that I rate Fox Run Lofts five stars. Cony, Jeff, and (now) Hassan are wonderful people who work to try and prevent, but also solve resident problems. The turnaround time on solving issues (including maintenance) is quick and reliable. If it weren’t for the absolutely horrible sound insulation, this apartment complex would easily get 5 stars. The amenities are great, the management seems fine, and the overall environment is well-maintained. I never have issues with parking, and the location is great. I haven’t had to deal with the office staff much, as I try not to bother them unless absolutely necessary. I made an appointment to tour and talk about moving here, just to show up and the office be closed. Obviously they don't care about bringing in new people. I waited over a month to tour the unit I was interested in and left work early for this appointment. Poorly managed place.

My husband and I have lived at Fox Run for nearly 7 years. There have been ups and downs with management changes over the years but Taylor has been amazing at managing the property and Dominic the maintenance man is a superhero at getting things done. We love the complex and it’s been very quiet and a wonderful place to live!
