Really poor management. The staff is everything but friendly. As soon as you get into their office they stare you with a bad face an attitude. The maintenance is very deficient. I understand things can break, but it’s their duty to fix them

they suck at taking caring of peoples apts. have mold growing and dont even take care of it! the worst place to live ever!
RecommendedBeen living here for more than a year...so far , it's been smooth sailing. One thing commendable in this complex is the maintenance. Last snowstorm , a few weeks back , I usually wake up at 4:30 in the morning , and I saw by the kitchen window they were already clearing the roads from the snow. And today, February 16, just a day after the heavy snow ....the roads leading to my place were all cleared of snow...isn't that really commendable? This will just be the first review I will be writing, only pertaining to our first apartment with them which went decent enough until the end. We still haven't received our back rent or deposit back even though we turned in the keys December 5, 2016. Kansas law requires a return within 30 days. We asked them about it on Jan 7, it's Jan 18, still no call back nor e-mail. The regional manager for Peterson Properties is rude. I hear they are being bought out and I really hope that's true. This place is about the worst fucking place to live all these motherfucking managers don't know how to fucking fix anything but yet they got money to fix this whatever repaving of the parking lot all they do is come here to spray tar oil over the parking lot they really don't fix anything around here but yet they know how to spend the money does spray tart oil all over this fucking parking lot I'll be posting a few videos of shit that they don't fix around here fuck you Fox Run piece of shit apartments
Basement flooded multiple times, violent neighbors, damaged property, moldy ceilings, roaches, wasps, ants, these apartments are like the plague, and they will not respond to any problems you report. DO NOT MOVE HERE! We are breaking our lease early to escape this hell. No amount of deals makes this place worth it.
