ok The management gets matinence requests done fast but the buildings are old and constantly need fixing. Also there are bugs and sketchy looking people everywhere here
The Truth While staying here has its perks, it also has its downfalls. The commute to UCA is great and perfect for anyone who needs a place close to campus. It's a 7 minute walk to the College of Business. The staff at The Edge are friendly, but not very organized. The overall complex is pretty filthy and this is not a quite living space.
