One of the worst apartments in Wichita. They give you a “gift” when you renew your lease, chose a carpet cleaning and never got it. Then they have the audacity to charge for a carpet cleaning when you move out. They charge you insane amounts to move out for simple wear on an apartment. I’ve lived in Austin, Texas and never got hit with fees like this. Overpriced garbage apartments, terrible management, and move out fees that make no sense. Why is the laundry room so filthy all the time? There was a cleaning crew in the past… Edit: of course I’m a current tenant. I knew you would look to see who wrote this instead of address the filth so I used my aunts account.
