I’ve lived at fox run for about a month now, just wanted to say the office staff is beyond friendly, maintenance crews are awesome quickly get to anything I’ve needed, community is calm and and the neighbors are nice, great and clean place to live, highly recommend!!!
So I’ve lived here for about 3 years now and let me preface this by saying I really enjoyed in the first two years I lived here but ever since this property was purchased by monarch, it’s gone downhill. Maintenace lacks if you have an issue in your apartment. The office staff is very rude if you have any questions. Lived here from 2019- 2024. When Case and Associates was the management company, they were so quick about helping us residents and the maintenance requests, literally if they could, they would get to them in less than 48 hours. Everything did GO DOWNHILL when monarch investments took over. They are very slow on everything. For one, they do not pre-treat with ice melt before ice storms.
