If I could give a 0 I would. When I lived here in 2021 when it was ran by a different property manager, it was so much better. It was much more safer and I felt safer than what I do here now. I constantly feel like I’m being watched and when I asked for security footage of when my car got broke into they couldn’t get it because of switching company’s, so not having the 24/7 security footage doesn’t make me feel very safe. I've lived there for on and off, totally around 5-6yrs of tenancy. This apartment went through a buyout last year, and it has been for the worse. The property manager is an emotional mess, having candid discussions will cause her to have volatile emotional reactions. Tread carefully, as I had to deal with her petty repercussions. Ended up having to call her corporate office in Colorado to engage in a meaningful discussion around bogus charges upon moving out. I’ve lived at fox run for about a month now, just wanted to say the office staff is beyond friendly, maintenance crews are awesome quickly get to anything I’ve needed, community is calm and and the neighbors are nice, great and clean place to live, highly recommend!!!
