Good news, bad news. I needed to rent an apartment for 2-months for a job assignment. They were very accommodating on very short notice for a premium price. Good-close to work, quiet neighbors, no damage to vehicles, friendly staff. Bad-The day I moved in, an addl monthly utility fee was added that was not part of the contract. After leaving the apt in good condition, the security deposit was w/held. They failed to open the back gate on several mornings during the week. Laundry room floor was constantly wet...some dryer unit... read more
