We bought a Yamaha player baby grand from fox about 8 years ago. I can all them anytime for assistance or guidance. They have always been terrific in response. Their staff (and family) are so friendly and guiding. We have lived away from Charleston about 4 years. Have tried a piano store in our new city, but none compare to Fox in support and help.
